By accessing and using Erutrepa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Erutrepa.

2. Description of Service

Erutrepa provides AI-powered image analysis tools, including EXIF data parsing, technical scoring, color analysis, and Lightroom preset generation. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice.

3. AI Performance & Accuracy Disclaimer

Erutrepa utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models to analyze visual compositions, suggest improvements, and estimate camera metadata. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Our AI algorithms are designed for educational, artistic, and informational feedback. They can make errors, misinterpret visual attributes, or overlook specific artistic intents.
• The generated composition feedback, EXIF estimates, and Lightroom presets should not be treated as absolute technical facts or a source of truth.
• You are solely responsible for verifying any technical configurations, settings, or professional decisions inspired by our Service before applying them to permanent creative assets, contracts, or commercial workflows.

4. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided images), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Erutrepa and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Erutrepa a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, uploading malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the Service to generate prohibited content.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Erutrepa, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
