At Erutrepa (that’s “Aperture” backward, for those playing along at home), we blend the art of photography with a splash of humour, a dash of wisdom, and a whole lot of cutting-edge AI.

We started our journey by just trying to make photographers smile. We opened up a Facebook Page, Photography Memes, which has grown to an incredible community of over 145,000 followers today. We laughed at the pain of lost lens caps, the eternal battle of Canon vs Nikon, and the struggles of shooting weddings in the dark.

But as we grew, we realized something: photographers didn't just want to laugh. They wanted to learn. We kept seeing the same question pop up under breathtaking photos: "How did they take this?"

That's why we evolved. We built an AI that scans your images and surfaces the technical data and visual patterns behind them. Think of it as a mentor that lives inside your browser, ready to break down the lighting, the composition, and the magic behind any shot you throw at it.
